Product availability may change because many pieces are unique or limited. A website order request is not a completed sale until HDRJ Carpet confirms availability, final price, shipping and payment details.

Product information

We aim to represent products accurately, but handmade and vintage-style pieces may show natural variations in color, texture, dimensions or pattern. Screen colors can also vary.

Payment

At present, confirmed orders are paid by bank transfer unless another method is agreed directly. Do not send funds until you receive confirmed payment instructions from HDRJ Carpet.

Pricing & shipping

Prices and shipping charges are confirmed before payment. International customers may also be responsible for destination-country customs duties or taxes.

Future card payments

The website structure is prepared so an authorised online payment provider can be integrated later. Until such integration is activated, no card details should be entered or sent through this website.
